2. Non-Exchangeable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion.

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Used or damaged items

  • Recipients refusal

  • Without tag

3. No Refund Policy Stella does not offer refunds except in specific circumstances. If you receive:

  • An empty box.

  • Damaged products in your order.

Please contact our support team at support@stellakart.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide clear photographs of the issue and your order details. Our team will investigate the problem, and if the claim is verified as genuine, a refund may be issued.

4. Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer support at support@stellakart.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

5. Important Notes

  • Stella reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
